This public offer describes the terms on which E-Consult provides its legal consultancy services.
1. Subject of the offer
The firm provides legal consultations, representation and document services on the terms agreed for each matter.
2. Acceptance
Acceptance of this offer occurs upon registration or upon signing a separate engagement letter.
3. Payment
Invoices are payable in UZS via the offered payment providers. Payment terms are stated on each invoice.
4. Liability
The firm is liable for services within the limits set by the engagement letter and applicable law.
